Dear Pascan pilots,

We are pleased to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) with the company. This new four-year agreement, if ratified, will result in higher wages and better working conditions for our pilots. We thank the negotiating committee and the ALPA staff for their hard work and dedication in getting us to where we are today.

The negotiating team will present the TA to the pilots at the next MEC meeting this Friday in Longueuil, QC. After the TA presentation, the voting schedule on its ratification will be announced.

1. Nomination and election of the Acting Captain's Representative for the term ending February 28, 2025.

2. Nomination and election of Acting First Officers' Representative for term ending February 28, 2025

3. Election of Temporary Chairman and Temporary Vice-Chairman with Interim Status Representatives as sole candidates

4. Appointment and election of Acting Secretary-Treasurer for term ending February 28, 2025

5. Presentation of new TA by Negotiating Committee and Gary Fane - ALPA Representation.

6. Announcement of the opening and closing of the vote on the new TA.
